6. what’s the delivery time for my order?
Usually it will take about 25 to 30 days to make your dress after we get your payment. It also will take about 5 to 7 days for shipping (DHL, EMS and TNT will be used to guarantee the most secure and fastest delivery).
If you need the dress within 20 days, you can pay extra $45 for rush order fee. Please kindly notice us at sales@foryoudresses.com, MSN, Skype or phone before placing the order.
7. When Should I order my dresses?
Usually Orders will reach your hands within one month after the payment. However, we strongly recommend you place the order more than one month earlier than the wedding day to allow a comfortable time frame to accommodate any alterations if necessary.

●Orders can be placed on our website using the online order system which allows you to make payment online. The online order system starts from clicking “ add to chart”.

We do not accept phone orders. We require all orders in writing to avoid errors.
10. How do I pay?

Foryou dresses accept Paypal payment which is the most secure way for our customers. You can make dispute in 30 days in the paypal if you are not able to receive your dress or not satisfied with it.And we can full refund money to you in 45 days after you pay for us by paypal.(But we wish you can contact us when you meet such issue and we will find the best soultion for you.)
11. Is there a charge for sales tax?
There is no charge for sales tax on all orders shipped outside China. China customers are charged 4% sales tax.
12. How will I know my order status?
We will advise you through email your order status at different points of production. It is very important you can leave us an valid email address so that we can keep in touch with you.
We will send you an order form for your confirmation once you place an order. After you confirm the order by email or fax and payment is received by our side, production will soon be arranged. We will keep you infomed of any updates during the production. When the dresses are finished, we will send you pictures for your authorization to ship out the dresses. A tracking number of express will given to you so that you can trace the delivery.
13. How much should I pay for the shipping?
For bridesmaid dresses, the shipping cost is US$35 for one dress. If you order more than one dress, for the first dress shipping cost is US$35, and for the rest dreeses shipping cost is US$10 each.
For bridal dresses, the shipping cost is US$69 for one dress. If you order more than one dress, for the first dress shipping cost is US$69, and for the rest dresses shipping cost is US$49 each.
14. How can I know my dresses are on its way?
After sending out dresses, we will send you an email with the package information and also a tracking number. You can check its status with the tracking number on the express website.
15. What if I am not sure about the measurement I took?
If you are not sure about the mearsurement you took, please advise us freely before placing the order. We will suggest to have more allowance at seams so that you can make alteration by letting the dress out or letting the dress in.
16. Where do I go for an alteration for my dresses?
You can go to your local seastress who are experienced and are able to handle various fabrics and can also let the dress out or let the dress in.
17. How should I clean my beautiful wedding dresses?
Please get your dress cleaned after each time you wear it. If it is not cleaned in a reasonable amount of time after wearing, and a yellowing of the fabric may result from prolonged storage. Please take your bridal gown to a professional cleaner who specializes in bridal dresses. Your normal cleaner may damage the precious dress by using the wrong chemicals.
